If you're in a team account and you've divided your users into Groups, you can run a Group report to see where their time goes.
First of all, in our Reporting section, select the Team template.
In the Overview pie chart, you'll see the progression of the total time tracked by all the groups in your company. You could adjust the filters to select a specific timeframe or project.
If you would like to see the time tracked by a specific Group, you can select the department you want to focus on, from the filter called "Groups".
We suggest paying extra attention to the Project table: you'll see all the projects your team is working on and you'll identify at a glance those that are stealing their time away.
All the reports can be exported to CSV or PDF so you can keep a record of your timesheets or for your employees or clients to see.
